Key Responsibilities: Lead the recruitment process for key positions across various departments, ensuring that the best talent is attracted and selected. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for senior and mid-level positions. Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process. Utilize a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers. Provide guidance and support to junior recruitment staff. Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding. Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top talent. Assist with employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice. Maintain recruitment-related reports and metrics to track progress and improve processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 6- 10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role. Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates for a variety of roles, including senior positions. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition tools, and candidate screening methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations. High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a recruitment agency or large corporate HR function. Familiarity with the local talent market in Mohali/Punjab. Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
