Position: Senior Non-Tech Recruitment Delivery

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full-time

Work Mode: 5 Days (work from office)

We're looking for an experienced recruiter to lead our Non-Tech Delivery team in Mumbai. This is a leadership role for someone with strong skills in permanent hiring, team management, and client handling.

What Youll Do:

1. Lead a team of recruiters to close hiring mandates.

2. Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles across industries.

3. Build strong relationships with clients and ensure timely delivery.

4. Guide and support your team to perform at their best.

5. Use smart sourcing strategies to find the right talent.

What We’re Looking For:

1. 12–16 years of recruitment experience (must include team handling).

2. Recruitment agency background is a must.

3. Strong in non-tech, permanent hiring.

4. Experience managing 4–5 recruiters and 8–10 clients.

5. Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.

6. Worked with clients in FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, Pharma, Internet, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
