About the Role:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end hiring processes, strong stakeholder management skills, and a passion for finding the right talent. High performers may be offered a full-time opportunity based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles across business, tech, and operations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates for fit and skills.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information.
- Drive offers closure, negotiation, and pre-joining follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Share weekly hiring updates, dashboards, and insights with stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally to ensure strong employer branding.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or staffing).
- Proven experience with end-to-end hiring across multiple functions.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround timelines.
- Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Zoho, or similar).
