About the Role We are seeking experienced and driven Recruitment Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will source, screen, and place top talent across both IT and non-IT sectors, building relationships with clients and candidates while meeting ambitious business targets. Key Responsibilities Client Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Understand clients' hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions Conduct client meetings to gather detailed job requirements Candidate Management Source high-quality candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking Screen candidates through detailed interviews and assessments Present shortlisted candidates to clients with comprehensive profiles Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process Provide interview preparation and feedback to candidates IT Recruitment (Specialized Track) Stay current with IT industry trends, technologies, and roles Develop technical knowledge to effectively assess IT candidates Screen candidates for technical roles with relevant skill-based questions Build a network within tech communities and events Non-IT Recruitment (Specialized Track) Recruit across diverse sectors including finance, marketing, sales, HR, and operations Develop expertise in industry-specific requirements and qualifications Understand career progression paths in various non-IT functions Build networks within relevant professional organizations Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Results-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficiency with recruitment software and CRM systems Preferred(not mandatory): Experience in both IT and non-IT recruitment Successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience with applicant tracking systems What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Collaborative, high-energy work environment Team incentives and performance rewards
