The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare recruitment , a deep understanding of hospital staffing needs, and the ability to drive efficient hiring strategies. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for doctors, nurses, paramedics, and administrative staff. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop hiring plans aligned with hospital growth and workforce demands. Sourcing & Networking: Leverage job portals, professional networks, and hospital referrals to attract top talent. Interview & Selection: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and support hiring managers in decision-making. Employer Branding: Enhance Vikram Auras employer reputation through effective outreach and engagement. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all hiring processes align with hospital policies and medical regulations. Data-Driven Recruitment: Track hiring metrics like TAT, funnel ratio, and joining ratio to optimize hiring efficiency. Requirements 4+ years of recruitment experience , preferably in hospitals or the healthcare industry. Strong understanding of medical and non-medical staffing requirements in hospitals. Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and recruitment software (ATS) . Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment .
