Job Description: Senior Recruiter (Non-IT) Location: Bangalore, India Company: Shadowfax Interview Process: Face-to-Face Only Position Overview: Shadowfax is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles across various departments such as Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience in non-IT domains, excellent interpersonal skills, and a keen ability to source, evaluate, and hire top talent to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the recruitment process for non-IT roles at all levels (entry to senior) within Shadowfax across different business functions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team culture, and departmental needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and recruitment events. Review resumes, screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and assess potential employees suitability for specific roles. Manage candidate interviews, coordinate feedback, and facilitate interview scheduling with relevant stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs and offering insights into talent acquisition best practices. Extend offers, negotiate salary packages, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Ensure that all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with legal and organizational standards. Continuously track, monitor, and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a database of qualified candidates and track recruitment progress through the applicant tracking system (ATS). Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and technologies to enhance Shadowfax's hiring process. Required Skills & Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Demonstrated experience sourcing and recruiting candidates across multiple non-IT business functions, including Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Customer Service. Strong understanding of sourcing platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant job boards. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships. Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Preferred Skills: Previous recruitment experience in logistics, e-commerce, or operations-based roles is a plus. Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance standards in India.
