Senior Recruiter A Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying top talent, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing recruitment strategies, and improving employer branding to attract the best candidates. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers Use structured interview techniques to evaluate skills and cultural fit Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities for new hires Key Skills & Qualifications: 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques.
