We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to take ownership of client hiring projects, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver top talent efficiently. If you have strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and can handle multiple roles independently, we'd love to connect! Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to candidate onboarding. Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and provide regular updates. Talent Sourcing: Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and networking to find top candidates. Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients. Offer Negotiation & Closure: Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding. Team Leadership (Optional): Guide junior recruiters if needed, ensuring high-quality delivery. Market Intelligence: Keep up with industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients effectively. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 3-5 years in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in Tech, Finance, EdTech, Healthcare, or Retail. Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of industry-specific hiring needs and talent pools. Sourcing Skills: Expertise in LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Boolean search. Client Management: Experience in handling clients, taking briefs, and ensuring smooth hiring processes. Target-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
