Roles & Responsibilities: β Source and attract candidates using various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, networking, etc). β Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical and cultural fit. β Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for roles in engineering, automation, production, maintenance, and related technical functions. β Coordinate with hiring managers and leadership to ensure timely closures. β Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. β Handle recruitment MIS and reporting. β Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers. β Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes. Skills: β Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. β 3β5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in automation, engineering, or manufacturing industries. β Strong knowledge of technical profiles and industry trends. β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. β Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.
