Your Role & Responsibilities As a Senior Recruiter , you'll be a key link between employers and candidates helping both succeed Key Responsibilities: Source candidates via job portals, social media & references Screen resumes & conduct telephonic/video interviews Coordinate & schedule interviews Share interview feedback & follow up with candidates Partner with hiring managers to define job roles & recruitment strategy Prepare daily & weekly recruitment reports Who Were Looking For Eligibility: Graduate (HR specialization preferred) 13 years of experience in recruitment (consultancy background a bonus!)
