THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA THE ROLE Responsibilities You will be directly responsible for ensuring that every candidate for a role at MPOWER has a phenomenal recruiting experience. As a Senior Recruiter, you will drive and execute on our hiring targets, and effectively partner and collaborate with various stakeholders in order to find the right talent for their respective teams. You will work with business unit heads to ensure roles are appropriately scoped, budgeted, and that a recruiting roadmap is implemented. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Building a talent pipeline for the future by proactively mapping/sourcing candidates Working closely with hiring managers to define departmental needs, create or update job descriptions, and research compensation factors Sourcing high quality, highly qualified candidates for various roles using innovative sourcing methodologies Analyzing candidate pipeline data and drive insights to improve conversion rate and other key metrics Conducting regular meetings with hiring managers to collect feedback on the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation Analyzing and reporting key recruitment metrics to appropriate business leaders Mentoring team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators to achieve hiring goals Promoting exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process Owning end to end recruitment process i.e. from sourcing, assessing, screening to negotiating offer The Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in any field, MBA is preferred. 5+ years of experience in sourcing/recruiting talent in a corporate or agency environment, experience recruiting in a startup or tech environment a plus Demonstrated internal and external relationship management skills and ability to build relationships within all levels of a large organization, including senior leadership. Experience with DEI focused recruiting and initiatives is a plus Strong ability to sell non-monetary compensation, benefits and culture to negotiate and close against competing offers Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites! In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
