Job Summary: Oak Titanium is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Recruiter to spearhead our global talent acquisition efforts, with a particular focus on securing top-tier technical and management professionals. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from strategic sourcing and candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will partner closely with hiring managers across different regions to understand their unique needs and develop effective strategies to attract and hire exceptional talent that aligns with Oak Titanium’s mission and values. Your expertise in global hiring practices and exceptional communication skills will be key to our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical (e.g., cybersecurity experts, software engineers, DevOps engineers) and management roles across multiple global locations. Develop and implement innovative and proactive global sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent, leveraging various channels (e.g., professional networks, social media, direct outreach, referrals, recruitment agencies). Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and establish effective interview processes. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews (virtual and in-person), and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professional engagement at every stage of the process. Negotiate complex offers with candidates, considering global compensation benchmarks and internal equity. Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. Stay abreast of global talent market trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Oak Titanium as an employer of choice globally. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a significant focus on global hiring for both technical and management/leadership positions. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates in competitive global markets. Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team structure. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting within the cybersecurity, IT, or high-tech industries. Specific experience hiring in key international markets across North America, Europe, and Asia. Familiarity with diverse cultural nuances in hiring and talent management. Experience with executive search methodologies for leadership roles. Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics to inform strategies.
