As we expand our global team, we are looking for a highly motivated Recruiter to lead sourcing, screening, and hiring for top-tier Amazon marketing roles. This is a strategic, fast-paced role for someone who thrives in a growth environment and understands the talent needs of a performance-driven agency. Core Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent for roles including PPC managers, brand managers, designers, and operations staff Write and publish compelling job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates Manage candidate pipelines, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Use ClickUp, TestGorilla, and Airtable to manage recruitment workflows Communicate proactively with applicants and ensure a smooth candidate experience Maintain hiring timelines and weekly reporting on progress and KPIs Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and culture fit Refine and improve recruitment SOPs as needed Requirements: 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency or marketing environment Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills Organized and process-driven with experience managing hiring pipelines Familiarity with remote hiring tools like TestGorilla, ClickUp, Google Meet, etc. Comfortable handling multiple roles at once and meeting deadlines Knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem and marketing roles is a big plus Strong people judgment and understanding of personality/culture fit Gigabrain Benefits: Competitive compensation based on experience 7 Paid Company Holidays Entrepreneurial environment—freedom to grow and lead Fully remote with 9 am – 5 pm EST working hours required To apply for this position, fill out this form: https://forms.clickup.com/9013324406/f/8ckrukp-28553/G9L1PPZ5S0DGQBEC9H?Source%20Of%20Application=LinkedIn and upload your resume.
