Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, excellent sourcing skills. This role is offering flexibility while working with global teams. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Technical Hiring: Identify and engage top IT and technology professionals across various domains. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking, and other strategies to attract top talent. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates. Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis in the IT recruitment space. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience. Key Requirements Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment , preferably in IT or digital transformation domains. Sourcing Expertise: Strong skills in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
