The Senior R&D Engineer role typically involves leading and contributing to the innovation, design, and development of new products, processes, or technologies. The Senior R&D position is a higher-level role that requires extensive expertise in research, development, and often management skills. You Have: Minimum 4+ Experience in S/W Design and Development (microservices, DevOps) Strong Programming skills(Go). Infra skills (Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra) Experience in Cloud technologies and telecom environment Experience in Continuous Integration It would be nice if you also had: Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Design, develop, and implement microservices-based applications using Go programming language. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions. Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and Cassandra to build and manage infrastructure in cloud-based environments. Set up and manage CI pipelines for automated testing, building, and deploying applications. Develop cloud-native applications tailored to telecom environments, ensuring scalability and low latency. Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and support. Challenge existing processes and technologies to improve the development lifecycle and team efficiency. Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies, adopting best practices and optimizing team performance.
