Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Noida. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, including estimating, budgeting, and controlling costs. Day-to-day tasks include preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning and control, generating cost reports, and ensuring that costs are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Experience in Cost Control and Cost Management Proficiency in preparing BOQs Skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is a plus Relevant experience in the real estate or construction industry Show more Show less
