Job Description

As a Senior Quality Officer, your role will involve leading and overseeing various aspects of quality assurance to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the following key areas: - **Quality Systems Development**: Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to uphold high-quality standards. - **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor quality assurance teams, offering guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness. - **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards to maintain quality and compliance. - **Continuous Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance overall quality and efficiency. - **Auditing and Inspections**: Conduct thorough audits and inspections to verify quality levels and compliance with established standards. - **Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, compliance status, and corrective actions taken. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee that quality standards are consistently met. - **Problem Solving**: Identify and address quality-related issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) effectively. - **Training and Development**: Provide training sessions to employees on quality assurance procedures and best practices to enhance skills and knowledge. - **Supplier Management**: Manage supplier quality agreements, conduct audits, and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards are upheld. - **Documentation Control**: Maintain and manage quality documentation meticulously, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times. - **Data Analysis**: Analyze quality data comprehensively to identify trends and areas for improvement, facilitating data-driven decision-making. - **Strategic Input**: Provide valuable input for strategic decisions that impact the functional area of responsibility, contributing to overall organizational success. You are required to have at least 3 years of experience as a Senior Quality Officer, with specific experience in manufacturing. The job is full-time and requires you to work in person during day and morning shifts. Additionally, there is a performance bonus associated with this role.,
