The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that the products manufactured by the company meet both external and internal standards of quality. The role involves monitoring production processes, identifying areas of improvement, testing products, and implementing quality control processes to guarantee product reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction. 1)Responsible for part setup Approvals.( HANDLING INSTRUMENT: Smart scope (VMM) trimos height Gauge, height gauge, profile projector , Vernier caliper, micrometer) 2)Prepare Annual Layout Inspection Plan & Carry out Layout inspection as per Drawing 3)Maintaining rejection analysis report and PPM level to be Calculated monthly. 4)Analysis of monthly Internal Rejection / Rework & suggesting Corrective Actions. 5)Implementation of kaizens in work place 6) Basic Knowledge of ISO 9001 2015
