Job Description

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in deploying Customer Quality, Quality Management Systems, Service Quality, and Product Compliance Systems within the service organization and manufacturing plants. Your responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding of data impacting service and product quality, leading quality improvement initiatives, managing quality systems, conducting audits, coordinating customer audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Gain deep understanding of data impacting service and product quality - Lead/coordinate with cross-functional teams in resolving key quality issues - Drive Continuous Quality Improvement of processes and support Vertiv Operating System rollout - Share best practices across regions and LOBs - Manage and contribute to process risk analysis - Implement, deploy, and sustain Quality System - Maintain documents of Quality Management System - Coordinate Quality Management System reviews and report to regional leadership - Perform internal audits and data collection - Coordinate external certification audits - Deploy, train, and audit quality policies and procedures for manufacturing locations and service activities - Coordinate customer claims management - Conduct contract reviews for customer contract documentation - Support Supplier Quality teams and Supply Chain organization - Provide monthly reporting for relevant Quality KPIs - Provide site visit and inspection reports - Develop and maintain effective communication within the business - Perform other duties and oversee special projects as assigned by management - Follow Quality Management System procedures and principles - Adhere to VERTIV Trade Compliance procedures and H&S rules Qualifications: - 4 Year Degree, technical preferred or equal technical experience - Minimum 5 years of prior Engineering/Service roles - Fluent in English - Strong leadership, verbal and written communication skills - Well-developed interpersonal skills - Active knowledge of quality systems, tools, and standards desired - Experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner preferred - Intermediate to Advanced in MS Excel - Excellent problem solver with experience in 8D methodology Additional Company Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
