Job Description

Responsible for developing and executing formal PERFORMANCE test plans to ensure the delivery of quality software application's Collects and analyzes data for software process evaluation and improvements, and integrates them into business processes to address the needs of the business Analysis on Test results with engineers and take a GO/NO GO decision with stake holders on acceptance criteria Documents all problems and assists in their resolution. Delivers quality process training to technical staff and acts as an i nt ernal quality consultant to advise or influence business or technical partners. Skills Required : Experience conducting PERFORMANCE testing of mission critical applications Working knowledge of Automated Test and Test Management Tools (e.g. HP ALM) Performance testing experience with Java applications and API based applications Experience with scripting and testing using Loadrunner, Gatling, Jmeter and other widely used perf testing tools Ability to analyze performance and statistics by building custom scripts and through various tools such as AppDynamics, Grafa na, log files etc.. Ability to create test planning , scripting , reusable performance test scripts Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
