About The Role

The Senior QA Engineer will lead test planning, execution, and quality delivery across AIdriven enterprise applications and cloud-based platforms. This role requires strong experience in end-to-end testing, test strategy design, and hands-on validation of AI product workflows, integrations, and application features.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, and engineering teams to ensure scalable, reliable, and secure functionality across AI and platform components. The successful candidate will have deep experience analysing requirements, test scenarios, and system behaviour to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI-enabled product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for complex AI platform features and enterprise application modules.

• Analyse epics, user stories, and solution designs to define test scope, test scenarios, and coverage for GenAI/LLM-enabled workflows.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Scrum Masters, and BAs to ensure requirement clarity and comprehensive QA validation.

• Design and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for AI features, cloud workflows, Salesforce modules, and platform integrations.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing across interconnected systems and cloud environments.

• Log, track, and validate defects using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar platforms; participate in defect triage and prioritization.

• Ensure testing readiness of test environments, configurations, and AI-enabled service deployments.

• Support UAT processes and provide QA sign-off for feature releases and production deployments.

• Promote QA best practices, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement across Agile teams.

• Report test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership.

Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of QA experience, preferably within enterprise and AI-based application environments.

• Hands-on experience testing AI/ML or cloud platform integrations, including APIs, workflows, and business processes.

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its testing methodologies; prior Salesforce QA experience highly desirable.

• Experience with integration testing for cloud platforms and APIs (REST, middleware).

• Proficiency in QA and project tools such as Azure, AWS, Jira, or similar.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum practices, and defect lifecycle management.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with automation tooling (e.g., Test Studio, Selenium, or similar) is an advantage.
