Senior QA Tester with AI expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing of AI-driven applications and systems, ensuring that AI models perform as expected across different environments and use cases.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for AI systems, ensuring full coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform end-to-end testing of AI models, including integration, regression, stress, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with AI development teams to understand algorithms and model architecture, and identify areas for quality assurance and improvement.
• Validate the functionality, accuracy, and efficiency of AI algorithms and machine learning models by designing and executing relevant test scenarios.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to support ongoing testing efforts, increasing efficiency and test coverage.
• Identify, track, and report defects or issues in AI systems, ensuring timely resolution and communication of issues to development teams.
• Perform data validation tasks to verify the integrity, quality, and consistency of training and test data sets.
• Review and validate model performance metrics, ensuring that AI models meet established performance standards.
• Ensure that AI systems adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.
• Mentor and train junior testers on AI-specific testing techniques, tools, and processes.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience testing AI-based applications, including machine learning, NLP, and computer vision systems.
• In-depth understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, algorithms, and architectures.
• Proven experience working with AI testing tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong knowledge of automation testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Appium, or similar.
• Expertise in scripting and programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, with a focus on AI-related testing tasks.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and their AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google AI, Azure AI).
• Experience in testing big data solutions and data validation techniques.
• Strong familiarity with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Proficient in testing data integrity, model outputs, and accuracy of machine learning predictions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and root causes in complex AI systems.
• Strong communication skills to clearly report test results, defects, and issues to stakeholders.
