Join us as a Senior QA Tester , where you will lead and execute manual and automated testing strategies, ensuring top-tier software quality. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive testing best practices and guarantee smooth system performance in an Agile environment. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, covering both manual and automated testing. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Implement automation frameworks and execute automated test cases. Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and test coverage. Monitor testing progress and report key metrics to leadership. Requirements 7+ years of experience in software testing within Insurance, Financial Services, or e-Commerce. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps methodologies. Hands-on experience with test management tools (Zephyr, Jira) and SQL . Expertise in automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber, Gherkin, Ruby).
