Role Overview

Senior QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute

  comprehensive end-to-end test plans

  covering web, API, voice, and data layers.
• Test REST and WebSocket APIs built with

  FastAPI

  and

  Django

  using Postman or pytest.
• Conduct

  functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

  across multiple environments.
• Verify

  data accuracy

  transcript precision

  system latency

  in PostgreSQL / MongoDB.
• Execute

  load, concurrency, and failover tests

  to ensure performance at production scale.
• Track and manage issues through

  Jira

  ClickUp

  , or similar tools; collaborate closely with developers for quick resolutions.
• Review deployment builds, Docker images, and configuration parameters for release readiness.
• Maintain detailed test documentation, reports, and release sign-off records.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of QA experience

  with focus on backend, API, and full-system testing.
• Proven expertise in

  REST API

  WebSocket testing

• Proficiency in

  Postman

• Experience testing applications built on
