Senior QA

As a Senior QA, you will play a primary role in planning, implementing, leading, and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing. Your job will include: - Designing and establishing the architecture and framework of the QA process, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. - Overseeing all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. - Acting as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services, and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. - Leading and mentoring QA team members, as well as managing outside contract testers. - Creating a test strategy based on project requirements and schedule. - Offering a test summary report reflecting the quality attributes of software under test. - Interacting with development, project management, and customer stakeholders. - Collaborating with field staff to assess or diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions. - Managing risks and overseeing program performance for efficient and problem-free operations. - Being responsible for the automation of Test Scripts. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, product management, or a relevant field. - 3+ years of experience in QA. - High-level analytical skills. - Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
