Senior QA

As a Senior QA, you will play a primary role in planning, implementing, leading and executing all aspects of Quality and Testing. Your Job will include but is not limited to:

• Design and establish the architecture and framework of the QA process., ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• Create a test strategy on project requirements and schedule.
• Offer test summary report reflecting quality attributes of software under test.
• Interact with development, project management and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with field staff to assess or diagnose problems and suggest possible solutions.
• Manage risks and oversee program performance for efficient and problem free operations.
• Responsible for Automation of Test Scripts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, product management or relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in QA
• High-level analytical skills.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
