Job Description

Senior QA Engineer Location: SoftAge HQ (Hybrid) Duration: Full Time Compensation: 1,00,000/month (Flexible) Start Date: Immediate Responsibilities Oversee all active QA projects , ensuring smooth execution and quality delivery Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers , providing guidance and technical support Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases Implement and manage Playwright and Cypress automation frameworks Conduct API testing using REST-based services Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to align QA efforts with project goals Identify, analyze, and track defects to ensure high-quality software releases Required Skills & Experience 5-8 years of QA/testing experience Strong expertise in Playwright and Cypress automation frameworks Advanced proficiency in manual testing and API testing (REST-based services) Excellent understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with Jenkins & AWS (good to have) Work Environment & Logistics Mode: Hybrid (SoftAge HQ + Remote work flexibility) Working Hours: Standard shift Travel: Possible onsite travel to Dubai Hiring Process Round 1: Screening Round 2: JavaScript & Automation Round 3: QA Testing Interview Round 4 (Final): Testing skills + HR Round + CEO Interview
