Senior QA Engineer

You are a skilled QA / Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience looking to join a global product engineering and systems integration company based in Bangalore/Gurugram. Your role will involve ensuring the quality and reliability of data-driven applications through thorough testing and validation processes. Your core responsibilities will include manual testing in data-centric environments, strong SQL skills for data validation and testing of database functionalities, as well as experience in data engineering concepts such as ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing. Additionally, you will be working with Geo-Spatial data and adhering to QA methodologies and best practices for software and data testing. Desired skills for this role include experience with automation testing tools like Selenium and JUnit for data pipelines, knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner, familiarity with data engineering tools like Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and understanding cloud-based data solutions like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud along with their testing methodologies. As the ideal candidate, you should possess good communication skills, have a Bachelor of Engineering - Bachelor of Technology (B.E./B.Tech.) qualification, and be open to a notice period of 30-60 days.
