Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Senior QA Engineer to work in our QA team. As a QA Engineer, you should be familiar with various testing techniques and methodologies. To perform in this job role, you should be aware of the industrys best QA practices. Apart from this, you should preferably have experience working in testing Android Platform Testing involving executing ADB commands, Android bug reporting, etc.. Responsibilities Staying up to date with the latest developments in testing procedures and tools Preferably with knowledge of Android Platform Testing (executing ADB commands, Android Logging, Android Bug Reporting). Writing test scenarios and test cases documents Executing Test Cases with connected Android devices Performing the assigned task and ensuring completion on a given time. Ensuring all bugs and issues are resolved by conducting regression testing. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Engineer in the IT and Development industry Complete knowledge of software testing methodologies and processes Excellent understanding of different types of testing such as Accessibility Testing, Black Box Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing and Sanity Testing. Preferable to have a good knowledge on Android Platform Testing. Knowledge of Linux/ADB commands for querying and validating logs in the Linux environment Knowledge of SQL with database testing. Familiarity with automated testing tools and industry’s best QA practices Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle stressful situations and multiple projects Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual Ability to offer excellent customer service Innovation brains - technologists who need to break free from standard programming roles to develop vision at speed and scale and become owners of a feature or product within our platform.
