If you have expertise in Appium and a passion for ensuring high-quality mobile applications, we would love to have you on our team! Responsibilities: Develop & Maintain Test Scripts: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for iOS and Android applications. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams to create comprehensive test cases. Test Execution & Defect Reporting: Execute automated and manual test cases, analyse results, and report defects promptly. Ensure High-Quality Releases: Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure smooth user experiences. Enhance Automation Framework: Continuously improve the test automation framework for better maintainability, scalability, and efficiency. Monitor Mobile App Performance: Identify performance bottlenecks and ensure smooth operation across various devices and OS versions. Integrate with CI/CD Pipelines: Collaborate with Developers, QA, and DevOps to integrate automation tests into the CI/CD pipeline. Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest mobile testing trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into the testing framework. Requirements: Experience: 5 to 8 years in software testing, with at least 3 years in Appium-based mobile automation. Automation Skills: Strong expertise in automating iOS and Android mobile apps using Appium, Selenium, and Testing. Programming Languages: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts. Mobile Testing: Solid understanding of iOS and Android platforms, mobile app testing strategies, and debugging tools. API Testing: Experience in REST API testing using tools like Postman, SoapUI, or integrating API testing with automation frameworks. Test Management: Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, GIT, TFS or HP ALM for test case design, execution, and defect tracking. CI/CD Integration: Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Maven, or Gradle. Cross-Platform Testing: Knowledge of testing mobile apps across various devices, screen sizes, and OS versions. Performance Testing: Understanding of performance/load testing for mobile apps using tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Automation Frameworks: Experience with Page Object Model (POM) and other design patterns for test automation frameworks. Version Control: Proficiency in Git for collaboration and code management. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
