You will play a critical role in the development and implementation of technology solutions aligning with the organization's strategic goals as a Senior QA Automation + Python at MyRemoteTeam, Inc. Your responsibilities will include hands-on experience in Automation QA, automating Windows-based desktop applications, proficiency in Selenium with Python, creating automation frameworks, generating test reports, and familiarity with CI/CD/CT methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in Automation QA. - Proficient in automating both Windows-based desktop applications. - Strong proficiency in Selenium with Python. - Proven experience in creating automation frameworks from scratch. - Ability to generate comprehensive test reports and documentation. - Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing (CT) methodologies. Qualifications: - Develop and implement robust automation test scripts for Windows-based desktop applications. - Ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability of automation frameworks. - Utilize Selenium with Python to create efficient automated test scripts. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in automation testing. - Create and maintain automation frameworks tailored to project needs. - Implement best practices for enhanced modularity and reusability of automation codebase. - Generate detailed test reports, including test execution summaries and defect tracking. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for test result communication and project status. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and continuous testing. - Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with the development process. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the growth of the QA team.
