Senior python full stack developer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of robust, scalable, and high-performance Python applications.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing loads and ensure responsiveness.
• Design and implement comprehensive test cases to ensure the reliability and stability of our software.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Participate in the hiring process by conducting technical interviews and assessing candidates for technical fit and potential.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the team.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to the documentation of system architecture, design decisions, and processes. Requirements:
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Python Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Extensive experience with Python and related frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Strong understanding of application development, performance optimization, and scalability principles.
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases, using tools such as pytest or unittest.
• Experience with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding and developing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and related technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in the tech community.
