Senior Python Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Principal Engineer (Full Stack, Python) to join our team and contribute to the development of applications for our clients with established revenue and production systems. Your Responsibilities: - Supervise and direct a team of Python developers, comprising both junior and senior professionals. - Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of applications using Python, JavaScript (Vue.js), and the Zope framework. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across the full stack. - Design robust, scalable, and secure features that meet client requirements. - Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems. - Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. - Adhere to best practices in software development such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, SCRUM methodologies, refactoring, and code standards. - Stay informed on emerging technologies and integrate them into operations and activities where relevant. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong knowledge in Python and JavaScript frameworks. - Demonstrated ability to write clean and efficient Python/JS code. - Proficiency with code versioning tools, such as Git. - Experience in leading projects and guiding teams in Python ecosystem is a plus. - Knowledge of Python libraries like FastAPI, Flask, ZoDB etc. and JavaScript ecosystems. Preferred Skills: - Previous experience with the Zope framework is preferred. - Previous experience with Vue.JS framework, Flask and FastAPI. - Previous experience managing and leading teams.
