Senior Python Developer

As a Senior Python Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and implementation of web applications using Python Django framework on the backend and React.js on the frontend. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, providing technical guidance to team members, and ensuring the adoption of best practices for code quality and maintainability. You will lead efforts in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting of web applications to deliver optimal user experience. Collaboration with other teams such as Quality Assurance and DevOps will be essential to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a senior developer with expertise in Python Django and React.js development. A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in software development, including proficiency in Django Framework, React.js, RESTful APIs, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, Frontend Libraries and Frameworks, Database Management, Version Control, DevOps, Unit Testing, Debugging and Troubleshooting, and Agile Methodologies is required. Your strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be crucial in effectively communicating with team members and stakeholders. Experience in leading agile software development teams and working in an agile environment is highly desirable.
