What you'll do: We are looking for a Senior Python Developer for Experian Financial Service & Data (FSD) Engineering. The role will involve designing, coding and support of Experian decisioning and data solution. Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, scalable Python based solution Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and specification Participate peer code and design review Adopt platform architecture, security standard and SDLC process. Ensuring code quality, security, and performance through rigorous testing Reviewing and optimizing existing code to enhance efficiency and maintainability Mentoring and coaching junior developers Staying up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices Taking ownership of projects from conception to delivery Attend Sprint review, share project report with TPM, highlight and mitigate project risks. Required skills & experience: 10 -12 years of overall IT industry experience Proficient in designing, coding, and maintaining scalable applications in Python. 5+ years of coding experience in Python frameworks and libraries, certification on Python is preferred. Hands on experience working with AWS cloud technologies (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, KMS, RDS, Encryption) Must have working experience using Terraform, Dockers, BitBucket and Git based workflows. Experience working with API Gateway, JSON and XML based interface Experience performing software performance test, tuning and debugging Experience managing PII data is a plus Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and tools such as Jenkin Experience in articulating design and data flow through Lucid or equivalent tools Proven leadership skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on finding innovative solutions Effective communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Qualifications 10 -12 years of overall IT industry experience.
