Job Title: Senior Python Developer Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra Experience: 4 years Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in backend development , with at least 2 years of experience working on AI & Python projects . You will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications, implementing AI/ML models, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our backend systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask . Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support front-end applications. Work with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLTK for developing intelligent applications. Optimize and preprocess large datasets using pandas and NumPy . Implement data storage solutions using relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB . Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and front-end developers to integrate AI models into applications. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of applications. Conduct code reviews , provide feedback, and mentor junior developers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, AI advancements, and best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4 years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Python . 2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and NLTK . Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices . Strong knowledge of database technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). Proficiency in Git and version control workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities . Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud services like AWS or Azure. Knowledge of containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. Familiarity with front-end technologies (JavaScript, React) is a plus. Experience with Agile development methodologies .
