Senior Python Developer - Distributed Systems

As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for: - Being hands-on in designing and implementing performant, quality, and scalable systems - Reviewing designs of other teams - Rapidly ramping up on the end-to-end platform and product - Solutioning and evaluating the feasibility of ideas/projects - Interfacing with PM, QA, Customer success teams, and managers - Mentoring team members - Owning end-to-end deliverables with attention to customer, quality, and documentation Qualifications required for this role: - 12-15 years of experience - Strong expertise in systems - Proficiency in Python, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch - Good understanding of Kubernetes and Cloud technologies - Deep knowledge of large-scale distributed systems architecture and data-driven development - Strong skills in performance optimization, debugging, problem-solving, and communication - Broad knowledge in areas such as web apps, infrastructure, and APIs - Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies - Clear communication skills and the ability to drive clarity - Proactiveness in identifying and solving problems, suggesting alternative solutions - Experience in working with tight deadlines and changing priorities - Preferred: Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment,
