Job Roles & Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Python. Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks. Leverage AI-driven solutions to automate complex decision-making processes. Design and deploy Low-Code Process Automation (LCPA) solutions to create end-to-end workflow automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical solutions. Develop APIs and integrate automation tools with existing enterprise applications and data sources. Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of automation solutions. Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for efficiency. Stay updated on emerging technologies in automation, AI, and process optimization. Candidate Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong understanding of automation frameworks. Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in process automation. Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms such as Appian, Power Automate, or Mendix. Proficiency in API development, integration, and cloud-based automation solutions. Familiarity with databases, SQL, and data processing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with process mining and business process modelling techniques. Certifications in RPA, AI, or Low-Code platforms
