We are looking for Senior Python Developer having experince in Product Development. Experince required - 8+Years. Location - Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have experience in product development ( from the scratch ) with backend using Python , flask , SQL , Pandas. Qualifications Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, and ETL skills Data Modeling expertise Analytical Skills Experience in creating ETL processes Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Knowledge of data integration and transformation tools Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role. • Play an important role in the setting up of infrastructure according to business requirements • Work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable and innovative engineering and analytical solutions • Ensure smooth processes between our teams in India and UK • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources • Help combine multiple data sources to make it usable for the business Must Have: • 4+ years of experience in a Python Development • Experience with Python, Django, Flask, and SQL databases • Experience with AWS (if not, then other cloud platforms) • Experience of the full software development life cycle with industry best practices is crucial, • Ability to think out of the box along and strong analytical skills • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task • Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to deliver quickly • Excellent communication skills. Clearly articulating and documenting technical and functional specifications is a key requirement. • Proactive problem-solver • Build relationships with various stakeholders, team player • Flexibility to work in multiple complex projects and changing priorities Good to Have: • Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques
