Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Proposal Writer to join our government division. To be successful as a Proposal Writer, you should be articulate, have excellent written communication skills, and be able to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines. Ultimately, a top-notch Proposal Writer should be consistent, detail-oriented, and able to write in a factual, convincing manner. Minimum Experience: Minimum three years' experience in proposal writing. Must have experience in State & Federal contracting proposal writing. Experience in generating complete RFPs and RFIs. Handling exprience on US and UK government projects Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experience in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and government inquiries about company's capabilities. Responsible for writing proposals, ensuring compliance with all requests for proposals (RFPs) requirements. Analyzes the RFPs and develop compliance matrices as guidelines for proposal evaluation. Organize the proposal according to requirements. Update / create new content against the current boilerplate. Desired Experience: Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Developing goals for the development team and business growth & ensuring they are met. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Experience in sales, marketing or related fields. Strong communication skills Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty. Working Days: Monday to Friday
