Job Summary:

Senior Project Coordinator

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, resources, and timelines.
• Assist Project Managers in planning, documentation, and execution of projects.
• Maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between teams, clients, and management.
• Track project progress and identify potential risks or delays.
• Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports.
• Support in resource allocation and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
• Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management (preferably in IT or software domain).
• Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
