Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution of warehouse construction projects across multiple sites.
• Prepare detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans; ensure timely delivery within cost and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, legal) and external stakeholders (vendors, contractors, consultants, and government bodies).
• Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, safety standards, and quality norms.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure optimal resource utilization at site.
• Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate documentation including project progress reports, billing, and contracts.
• Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance for construction and occupancy.
• Manage stakeholder communication, provide timely updates to senior leadership, and facilitate smooth project handover.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum

  10 years

  of experience in civil engineering/project management, with

  at least 5+ years specifically in warehouse/industrial construction.

• Proven track record of delivering warehouse projects (including PEB, RCC structures, utilities, etc.).
• Strong understanding of structural, MEP, fire safety, and warehouse-specific infrastructure (docks, flooring, ventilation, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple sites and large contractor/vendor teams.
• Familiarity with local building codes, zoning laws, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s or PMP certification is a plus).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across project sites as required.
