The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific solar energy projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing project teams, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project deliverables align with our standards. The role also involves identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, and fostering a collaborative team environment.QualificationsProject Management, Scheduling, and Resource Allocation skillsProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, PVsystExperience in Solar Energy Systems and EPC projectsStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Documentation skillsRisk Management and Problem-Solving abilitiesLeadership and Team Collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusWillingness to work on-site in Ajmer
