Job Description

As a Diploma Or Graduate engineer in MECH/ELECT/INST with 15-20 years of experience in management of multiple O&M jobs in municipal or private sector, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Experience in operation and maintenance of Water and waster water treatment plants, transmission lines, and distribution network is mandatory. - Familiarity with basic treatment process of water and waste water. - Knowledge of automation related to water treatment and pump houses. - Understanding of computerized asset management system. - Awareness of best practices of managing Civil/mechanical/electrical/instrumentation assets. - Ability to build a strong and high-performance team. - Familiarity with statutory norms, IS standards, CPHEEO requirements related to operation and maintenance of water treatment and distribution. - Good negotiation and vendor management skills. - Strong orientation towards continual improvement, cost optimization, and profitability improvement. - Acumen towards excellent customer service. - Proficiency in various stakeholder management. - Effective communication and presentation skills. - Experience in end-to-end management of municipal jobs including mobilization, operation, meeting contractual SLAs, billing, collection, etc. - Strong contract management skills including leveraging subtle provisions in the contract and risk mitigation strategy. - Familiarity with basic Income statement, CF and balance sheet. - Understanding of GWC, NWC, ROCE, ROE, ROTE, etc. The company may provide additional details about its culture, values, or any other relevant information.,
