As a Project Manager at Mikro Grafeio, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial interior projects. Your strong leadership skills will be essential in managing site teams, controlling budgets, and ensuring high-quality project execution. You will be hands-on in managing material cost optimization, vendor relationships, client management, project reporting, and updates. Key Responsibilities: - Validate and finalize the suitability of properties for projects, ensuring structural feasibility and compliance with project requirements. - Collaborate with design consultants to review and modify 2D/3D renderings for space optimization and functionality. - Oversee the execution of civil works, electrical installations, HVAC, and IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with approved designs and specifications. - Prepare and manage project budgets and Bills of Quantity (BOQ). Monitor project expenses and ensure costs remain within allocated budgets. - Identify, evaluate, and empanel reliable vendors and suppliers for material supply and services. Ensure timely procurement and quality compliance. - Supervise and guide a team of Site Engineers, design engineers, and an Assistant Project Manager. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high performance across teams. - Ensure all work meets quality standards and is completed within agreed timelines. Conduct site inspections and audits regularly. - Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients. Maintain communication with stakeholders and resolve any on-site or vendor-related issues.
