Senior Project Manager

The key aspects of this role include:

• Organizing, managing, and leading multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams.
• Defining and managing large scale project proposals and plans. Execute to plan and deliver within budget and on time.
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction and handling client communication including weekly status calls.
• Managing and technical anchoring of the team including their task scheduling, rating and management.
• Tracking and reviewing teams performance by conducting periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives.
• Project estimation and handling pre-sales calls when required.

To be the right fit, you'll need:

• Education: Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of relevant development and design experience, ideally in distributed and microservices-based architectures.
• Proven track record of delivering projects using Agile/Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Technical & Engineering Skills:
• Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Fortify, Checkmarx).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Ansible).

• Management & Delivery Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills for scoping technical requirements and prioritizing deliverables.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams (onsite/offshore, vendor partnerships).
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Skilled at preparing presentations, executive reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Ability to drive engineering excellence (test coverage, code reviews, technical debt management).
