Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Program-Budget/Cost/Profit Program-Govern & Communication Program - Resource Management Program - Planning and Program - Execution. Experience in Transactions is a plus. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of complex projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to budget. Oversee the management of project resources ensuring optimal allocation and utilization. Provide clear and effective communication to all stakeholders ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals. Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to stay on track. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans schedules and reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations standards and best practices. Facilitate regular project meetings ensuring effective collaboration and issue resolution. Identify and mitigate project risks ensuring minimal impact on project outcomes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of project components. Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints. Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to identify and implement process enhancements. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members fostering their professional growth and development. Ensure that project outcomes align with organizational goals and contribute to overall business success. Qualifications Must have extensive experience in Program-Budget/Cost/Profit management. Should possess strong skills in Program-Govern & Communication. Must be proficient in Program Resource Management. Should have expertise in Program Planning. Must be experienced in Program Execution. Nice to have experience in Transactions domain. Should have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Should be adept at risk identification and mitigation. Must be able to foster a collaborative team environment. Should have a strong focus on achieving project outcomes that benefit the organization.
