Job Title: Project Manager – Utility-Scale Battery Storage (BESS) Location: Mumbai, India Type: Permanent Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects from development through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of energy storage and proven experience managing large infrastructure or renewable energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery of utility-scale BESS installations Oversee timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder coordination Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and grid operators Ensure compliance with HSE, planning, and grid connection requirements Support tendering, procurement, and contract negotiation processes Provide regular reporting to internal and external stakeholders Requirements: Proven experience managing utility-scale energy or infrastructure projects Background in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or construction Strong knowledge of BESS technologies and grid connection processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to travel to project sites as required Show more Show less
