About Company . Roles and Responsibility As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing global ERP implementation, upgrade, migration, and rollout projects and ensuring project success and continuous improvement, with a focus on compliance, security, and effective communication to meet organizational objective. Responsibility: Experience in managing S4HANA private or public cloud full lifecycle implementations, including Greenfield and brownfield projects. Proven experience in delivering high-value, diverse technology projects with a cross-functional and multinational focus. Adaptability and flexibility to handle deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changes in project scope. Experience working with master data management and data quality tools is a plus. Strong data management skills, including working with data sources and flows. Positive mindset towards cloud technology. Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Desired Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a Project Management or Client Lead position on a large SAP transformation project. SAP Activate certification or training is considered a plus. PMP certification and/or other industry and project management certifications are additional benefits.
