Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Project Engineer based in Vythiri, Wayanad. Key responsibilities include project planning, team coordination, resource allocation, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also requires collaboration with clients, contractors, and the internal team to meet project objectives efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in carrying out Civil & interior works of Resort/ Hotel/ premium residential projects
• Oversee end-to-end project execution of resort developments, ensuring timely completion and adherence to design, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned construction projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

Educational Qualification & Experience Required

• Candidate must be 

  B. Tech, Civil

• Must have minimum 

  8 Years Experience

   in Civil Engineering
